As the weather shifts to Autumn (with even a slight hint of winter!) it is important to take a look back on the summer real estate market so we can get an idea of what to expect for the fall. Condo sales really took off in the summer months, while Hailey and Mid-Valley took charge with single family residences. However, over the past few years, we have seen Autumn months be even busier when it comes to number of transactions so there is more to come before the snow really flies.
